Use of the Hyperwear Hub found at https://hub.hyperwear.com is conditioned on your agreement with these terms and conditions of use in addition to the general hyperwear.com Terms and Conditions.

Access: Hyper Wear Inc. (“Hyperwear”) reserves the right to grant, restrict or terminate access at any time without notice. Misuse of any marketing collateral, images, videos, documents, or ordering tools will result in your access being terminated. Hyperwear reserves its rights to pursue all rights and remedies for violation of its copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.

Security: Confidential account information may be available upon login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information and are fully responsible for all conduct carried out under this password and account. We are not liable for any loss of confidentiality or for any damages arising from your failure to comply with these terms. You will promptly report any unauthorized use of your password to us. You are responsible for any unauthorized use.

Copyright: Hyperwear is making marketing materials available for limited use by you. Content examples include, but not limited to, approved product copy, marketing collateral, product images, videos, etc. Hyperwear retains ownership of the copyright on all materials. Materials, images, videos, and copy may not be modified or used in anyway without prior written consent from Hyperwear.

Only authorized resellers are licensed to use our trademarks and only in conformance with our Trademark and Branding Guidelines or as otherwise directed by us.
